Job Description
- Req#: R3831
- Leverage financial systems and work cross-functionally to deliver monthly financial reporting packages to our Senior Leadership Team. I ncluding monthly financial results, monthly forecasts and Annual Operating Plans.
- Lead the consolidated reporting processes for total Company results including coordinating deadlines and deliverables across the organization.
- Initiate, lead, and manage projects which will improve current business reporting processes .
- Partner with key stakeholders to ensure stability of our system reporting . Leadership role in new system implementation including comm unication and transition of reporting processes.
- Perform financial analysis of Key Performance Metrics across the organization.
- Proactively identify and analyze business issues and opportunities, including recommendations for future actions.
- Assist with ad hoc projects as needed.
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Master's Degree preferred
- Excellent analytical skills along with strong knowledge of Excel and financial modeling
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Team oriented with the ability to engage and influence cross functional teams
- Must be results oriented with strong attention to detail and deadlines
- Systems application experience on SAP, Vena, o9, and PowerBI is desired, but not required.
