What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive accountability and accuracy in financial results and projections, managing expenses effectively
- Participate in monthly close activities, including variance analysis and financial reviews with business leaders
- Collaborate with leaders to develop and manage annual budgets and quarterly projections
- Manage lease payments and conduct ad hoc analyses for strategic evaluations
- Implement improvements in financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree
- 6+ years of accounting or finance experience
- Familiarity with GAAP accounting standards and Corporate compliance policies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with JDE, BPC, and Hyperion Financial Management
- MBA or CPA designation
