Ensure P&L is loaded correctly on a monthly basis and present changes to the Finance leads and then the Category Business Leads
Identify key insights to help guide key discussions
Ability to seek out and implement process improvements
Track key business risks & opportunities to delivering the P&L
Seek opportunities to provide insight to help guide decision-making
Relentlessly improve existing processes and existing communication to optimize business partnering and ways of working
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; MBA or CPA strongly preferred
4+ of relevant finance experience required, for example Brand/Marketing, Supply Chain, Sales, Audit, Accounting, Financial Reporting, or Financial Planning is preferred
Experience creating and implementing operational improvement solutions
Experience communicating financial acumen effectively with all levels of the organization
Strong reporting and analytical experience with clear, focused, and sound financial assessment and guidance (strategic insights, risks, and opportunities)
Developing strong personal and team relationships across a multitude of business stakeholders
Background and Purpose of the Job
This position is part of the Finance Excellence Team where accuracy and insights are key to success! This individual will support our Home Care category and will have the ability to demonstrate exceptional leadership, be an innate problem-solve and have the ability to support the business in developing and executing on effective business strategies; including the planning and budgeting process. Effectively use financial information to provide the business with better insight into business performance and trajectory and opportunities for growth; drives optimization of P&L performance and manage to financial metrics. Leads improvements in delivering business predictability through a robust forecasting and review framework. Plays an active role in driving for change and continuous improvement in the business and within finance; identify areas that require improvement. Collaborate effectively with other functional finance leaders to ensure that financial processes are running effectively. Essential to understand the details and communicate the big picture.

Pay: The pay range for this position is $83,200 to $124,700. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
