What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct rigorous financial planning, analysis, and reporting for stakeholders including the board of directors and management team
- Build and maintain operational and financial forecast models to guide initiatives
- Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting on key business metrics to organizational leaders
- Drive ad hoc analyses to assist in resource allocation decisions across the organization
- Collaborate with Operations and Clinical teams to set performance targets and track staff performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s and/or MBA degree in Finance, Accounting, or Statistics
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services or value-based healthcare corporate finance roles
- Deep understanding of financial, accounting, and investment concepts, including U.S. GAAP principles
- Strong financial modeling skills using Microsoft and Google product suites
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CFA and/or CPA certification
- Experience with financial systems and/or business intelligence tools
- Proven ability to summarize and visualize financial data for various audiences
