      Enbridge Gas Ohio is searching for an Associate Financial Analyst who will support the development and maintenance of the company's budget and forecasts. As an Associate Financial Analyst, you will support review, update, and communication of operations & maintenance and capital expense.

      Here’s what you will do:

      • Support budget development, forecast updates, and financial reporting.

      • Analyze financial and operational data to provide forecasting support.

      • Partner with business groups to understand operational work and translate into accurate financial forecasts.

      • Assist in development and monitoring of business unit financial targets.

      • Support department efforts to respond to as hoc requests.

      Who you are :

      You have:

      • A related Bachelor’s degree with 0-2 years of direct experience.

        • Preferred disciplines include Accounting, Business and Finance.

      • Knowledge of financial management and analysis.

      • Utility and/or relevant industry knowledge.

      • Accounting standards and practices

      • Great organizational and interpersonal skills.

      • Verbal and written communication skills.

      • Good basic skills in project analysis and financial planning and analysis.

      • Aptitude for continuous learning.

      • Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.

      You are:

      • Analytical and customer focused.

      Working Conditions:

      • Domestic Travel between 0-10%.

      • Office Work Environment between 90-100%.

      Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:

      Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.

      Mental Requirements (Both Field & Office) include but are not limited to:

      Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.
