What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan, recommend, reserve, and execute the investigation, valuation, disposition, and settlement of large commercial insurance property claims
- Ensure compliance with corporate claim settlement policies, statutory, regulatory, and ethical requirements
- Assess indemnity and expense exposure of assigned claims to achieve fair and timely dispositions
- Collaborate in a team environment, sharing business knowledge and claim handling expertise
- Mentor Associate General Adjusters and Property Damage Adjusters

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a full file Claim Adjuster for complex property losses over $300,000 (for General Adjuster) or 3 years for Associate General Adjuster
- Strong functional knowledge of commercial claims and ability to interpret and apply insurance coverage
- College degree or equivalent experience
- Consistent high level of performance and achievement throughout career
- Proficiency in cost estimation, preferably using Xactimate, and strong MS Office skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience managing moderately severe property claims for Associate General Adjuster
- Knowledge of regional jurisdictional issues
- Disciplined time management and organizational skills
- Ability to function independently in a self-reliant manner
