What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage complex litigation and dispute resolution, overseeing outside counsel in matters of generative AI, copyright, and privacy
- Defend the employer's position in commercial disputes and respond to legal demands and subpoenas
- Advise business partners on strategic planning, legal risks, and opportunities
- Oversee litigation discovery and disclosure processes to maximize efficiency
- Track global legal developments affecting the employer's businesses and strategies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Significant post-qualification experience in managing disputes/litigation in professional solutions, information, or technology industries
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
- Sound judgment and problem-solving mindset
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with document management and eDiscovery tools
