What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide corporate governance and transactional legal support for various subsidiary legal entities in health services
- Manage Board and Shareholder actions, Director and officer replacements, and internal mergers and restructurings
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and paralegals to fulfill corporate governance activities
- Advise on regulatory compliance related to pharmacy and medical services
- Draft and review governance documents, including Board of Director actions and Share Transfer Agreements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Juris Doctor (JD) with a minimum of 3 years of combined general corporate, regulatory, or transactional experience
- Experience with a law firm, accounting firm, and/or corporate law department
- Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage and direct work effectively in a matrixed environment
- Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior in-house corporate legal experience
