      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in the development of GIS-related software applications and provide complex analytics on GIS data
      - Support clients in upgrading or creating new GIS applications and presenting geospatial data effectively
      - Participate in the design and development of enterprise geographic information systems
      - Document research and development work while providing timely project status updates
      - Provide assistant-level support in maintaining the GIS computing infrastructure

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree and 0-2 years of directly related experience; or Associate degree and 2-4 years of directly related experience; or High school diploma and 4+ years of directly related experience
      - Experience with Esri software and GIS systems
      - Strong verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills
      - Developing ability in programming languages such as VB, C#, Python, and JavaScript
      - Basic knowledge of SQL and RDBMS concepts

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in Geography, Geographical Technology, GIS, or a closely related field with 3+ years of directly related experience
      - 1+ years of experience with ArcGIS
      - Familiarity with Esri Utility Network
      - Experience with Esri Portal applications (e.g., Survey 123, Field Maps, Quick Capture, Workforce)
