      Summary:

      We have an exciting opportunity available for an Associate, Graphic Designer to shape and elevate the brand identity across our three eCommerce brands, Connexity, Skimlinks, and ShopYourLikes, all part of Taboola.

      Based in Los Angeles and reporting to the Marketing Director, EMEA/APAC, you’ll collaborate with teams across London, New York, and LA to create vibrant, diverse, and high-impact design assets. As our brand ambassador, you’ll drive the creative execution of marketing campaigns, including social media, thought leadership, presentations, and event branding.

      You’ll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Account Management teams to make design a strategic differentiator. Your work will help us attract, nurture, and convert prospects and customers through compelling visuals and storytelling.

      This is a proactive and hands-on role for a designer who’s excited to own and evolve the visual presence of a dynamic, multi-brand business, and showcase the power of creativity across a global performance marketing platform.

      About the Role:

      • Support Graphic Design Projects:
        You’ll collaborate with the marketing team and our London-based designer to create high-quality visuals that align with our brand and engage our customers across all three of our brands.
      • Contribute Creative Ideas:
        You’ll bring fresh ideas and visual inspiration to the table, helping the team explore new design directions and keep our look and feel current and exciting.
      • Assist with Design Tools and Processes:
        You’ll learn and work within our existing design systems and tools, helping ensure consistency and efficiency across all visual assets.

      Responsibilities Include:

      • Create Engaging Marketing Materials:
        You’ll work on a variety of projects, from social media graphics and presentation slides to event materials and visual assets for campaigns, helping bring our marketing efforts to life with strong, compelling visuals.
      • Create Impactful Assets:
        Design marketing materials to support campaigns, including visuals for social media, landing pages, newsletters, print collateral, documentation, eBooks, presentations, and infographics.
      • Template Creation:
        Maintain and update a library of design templates for use across the business in a variety of formats.
      • Event Branding:
        Contribute to in-person event experiences through branded concepts like stage designs, banners, and merchandise.
      • Project Management:
        Handle multiple projects and deadlines across teams in the US, EMEA, and APAC, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality design work.
      • Quality Assurance:
        Apply a strong attention to detail and uphold high creative standards across all deliverables.
      • Brand Identity:
        Support the evolution and consistency of our visual identity, including typography, iconography, illustration styles, and imagery libraries.

      • 3+ years of experience in a graphic design role, either in-house or at an agency
      • Degree in Graphic Design (or equivalent hands-on experience)
      • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere; experience with tools like Canva is a big plus
      • A strong online portfolio showcasing impactful, brand-aligned work across companies, products, or campaigns
      • Solid skills in digital design, layout, typography, branding, social content, and creative concepting
      • Detail-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills
      • Experience with web/landing page design, motion graphics, or video editing is highly valued
      • A collaborative mindset and willingness to pitch in wherever needed
      • Quick to learn, adapt, and start contributing from day one

      The pay range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000. The pay offered may vary depending on several factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Compensation packages include a variety of perks such as Equity, 401(k) match, and rich benefits.

      This position is based in Santa Monica and currently hybrid (2 days/week in office).
