      General Summary:

      Role assists in various analytical aspects of product development and portfolio management to help meet organizational goals. Other key areas of support include OEM relationship management, project approvals and communication, business process improvement, project management and claims management across all HCI and OEM programs.

      Duties and Responsibilities:

      1. Product Development: Analytical support and quantitative analysis to identify product opportunities for growth and profitability.

      2. Product Form Creation/Regulatory Compliance: Support for creating product coverages, form development and regulatory compliance.

      3. Project Management: Assist in establishing processes and tools for, planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting.

      4. Pricing and Risk Management: Provide quantitative and analytical support for pricing and profitability of HCI Products.

      5. Ad hoc: Report development and analysis in support of HCI products and programs.

      Knowledge and Skills:

      · Strong technical, analytical, written, and interpersonal communication skills required.

      · Expert skills with Excel, Power Point, SAS, Brio, SQL, Tableau, etc, required.

      · Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      · Resourceful and innovative problem-solving skills – focus on how to get tasks completed

      · 4-5 years relevant experience preferred; business analyst or other related position

      · 1-2 years experience in Product management, pricing or modeling experience is a plus

      · Degrees preferred – degrees in Finance, data or other related fields preferred

      · Masters degree in related field is a plus

      Physical Requirements and Working Condition:

      Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking, vision to monitor and moderate noise levels. Work is performed in an at home and office environment.
