Designation: AssociateResponsibilities:
• Work with large, complex data sets to solve difficult, non-routine analysis problems by applying advanced analytical methods as needed.
• Harmonize data as required and set up models according to the business logic defined.
• Use statistical tools to identify and evaluate the relationships between data fields, analyze output, and determine the next action.
• Create dashboards for various stakeholders for self-serve data needs.
• As part of end-to-end project execution, learn standard refreshes and routine work for production support and maintenance.
• Communicate with internal and client teams daily to understand tasks and deliver per the committed timeline.
• Exhibit ownership and responsibility in assigned tasks and responsibilities.
• Learn and implement the documentation process for every process you are involved in.
• Communicate effectively and follow up with clients and stakeholders based on assigned tasks.
• Be open to continuous upskilling as needed for the project.
• Maintain a can-do attitude and be open to new work and challenges.
Good to Have:
• Knowledge of analytics with a data-oriented mindset to support data driven decision making.
• Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Excel & PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team.Education Qualification:
• BSc (CS/IT/Stats/Math); BCA & MCA
