      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Shadow payroll processes to gain a comprehensive understanding and serve as backup during processing cycles
      - Support Workday payroll configuration and testing efforts, including regression and feature testing
      - Maintain documentation for payroll processes and workflows while ensuring data accuracy in Workday
      - Investigate and troubleshoot system issues, assisting in testing solutions and optimizing workflows
      - Contribute to the coordination and implementation of global payroll projects and other HR workstreams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1+ years of experience working with HR technology solutions and/or HR operations
      - Exposure to Workday Payroll is strongly preferred
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality, accuracy, and superior service delivery
      - Proficient utilization of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Demonstrated proficiency in payroll tax regulations and compliance
      - Strong working knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll tax laws
      - Knowledgeable and passionate about AI, automation, and process improvement tools
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusting relationships
      - Bachelor’s Degree preferred
