- 2+ years of administrative experience supporting multiple people
- Experience with high volume transactions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information

- Experience with CRM software
- Prior Outlook calendar management
- Previous experience in a healthcare-related role
