Job Description
The U-verse Tier 1 Consultant is responsible for providing professional technical assistance for problems and issues regarding AT&T U-verse services either by telephone, email, fax or any other defined methodology. The Tier 1 consultant uses effective communications skills and appropriate support tools to resolve customer requests in a timely fashion, professionally guiding members through steps to resolve technical problems and issues. The Agent is responsible to ensure that customer expectations are met and are in line with AT&T’s policies, practices and procedures.
Qualifications
Excellent active listening skills - receive and appropriately respond to verbal and non-verbal messages during a customer interaction. Good understanding of phone etiquettes. Not interrupting, abstaining from making unpleasant vocal gestures, etc. Ability to establish call control.
