      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate periodic audits with course owners and subject matter experts to ensure course accuracy
      - Collaborate with stakeholders to define the scope of course revisions and implement feedback accordingly
      - Develop supporting materials for instructor-led training, including PowerPoint presentations and job aids
      - Proofread and test deliverables created by team members for functionality and accuracy
      - Communicate project status consistently to relevant stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-4 years of professional experience in Content Development, Technical Writing/Editing, Instructional Design, or similar roles
      - Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Educational Technology, Instructional Design, or a relevant field
      - Strong written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
      - Excellent organizational and time management abilities
      - Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proficiency in e-learning development software such as Articulate 360 Rise and Storyline
      - Experience with graphic design and/or video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud)
      - Familiarity with Descript software for audio development
      - Experience working with complex and technical content
      - Background in the energy industry or a related engineering domain
