What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze, develop, implement, and evaluate performance-based technical training programs
- Maintain technical subject matter expertise and knowledge of current business processes
- Act as a subject matter expert in specific areas of technical operational expertise
- Organize and develop training programs and classes for various audiences
- Operate and troubleshoot equipment used by the target audience while leading training sessions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Education
- 0-2 years of prior related experience
- Knowledge of organizational operations and areas
- Understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design
- Good verbal, written communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Full competency in skills related to the specific job area
- Ability to present material effectively to both large and small groups
- Skills in analyzing and organizing information for training development
- Experience with software applications critical to the target audience
- Quick processing of information and ability to develop answers to questions
