  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Verify patient information for accurate insurance verification and eligibility, including direct contact with physician offices and patients
  - Determine and document primary and secondary insurance details for patient accounts
  - Utilize vendor systems and insurance websites to obtain necessary eligibility and authorization information
  - Enter patient insurance information accurately into the patient accounting system and ensure compliance with policies
  - Calculate co-pays and estimated co-insurance amounts due from patients and communicate financial policies effectively
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - High School Diploma or GED required
  - Strong customer service experience required
  - Experience in accounts receivable, billing, or insurance verification preferred
  - Healthcare experience is a must
  - Must be available to work Monday - Friday from 11am - 7:30pm EST / 10am - 6:30pm CST / 8am - 4:30pm PST
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Previous experience in a healthcare setting
  - Familiarity with payer contracts including Medicare and Medicaid
  - Knowledge of claims processing and eligibility verification systems
  - Strong communication skills for effective patient interactions
  - Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
