Overview Working at the intersection of media and finance, OMnet, LLC operates as a Strategic Business Unit (SBU) within Omnicom Media Group, specializing in principal-based media investments and buying. Through its investments and strategic commercial partnerships with media, technology, and data providers, OMnet creates a private ecosystem of cost-effective, data-driven, media solutions available exclusively to Omnicom clients. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a concentration in advertising, marketing, communications, economics, finance, or related field. Fluent user of Microsoft office; specifically - Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Enjoys working with and has an aptitude for mathematical concepts. Enjoys working in a team-based environment. Posses a solutions-oriented mindset with an aptitude for creative thinking. Has knowledge of the modern media/advertising landscape and a drive to constantly learn new trends in the advertising marketplace. Experience in account and/or client management is a plus. Demonstrates both good verbal and written skills; is a good listener. Excellent presentation skills. Responsibilities The Investment Associate is an entry level position in a media-based role and will be assigned to one of three Team Pods across the OMnet Investment Division. Each Team Pod is assigned an account roster to service client media campaigns, ranging anywhere from 15-30x client accounts across various category verticals. In this role, the Associate will provide support for assigned client advertising campaigns and will work across multiple media disciplines, including Digital, Television, Streaming/CTV, Social, OOH, Audio, and Print. By servicing a wide range of clients across multiple media disciplines, the Associate will gain a foundational understanding of the modern media landscape and will be well-informed of marketplace trends and analysis. Primary functions include supporting the Senior Associate and the larger team in client advertising campaigns through researching, strategizing, negotiating, buying, and stewarding media. Responsible for issuing insertion orders, maintaining campaign performance, and billing reconciliation for assigned client accounts. Negotiate and execute media buys across multiple media disciplines, coordinate with internal and external teams on implementation of media plans and contracts. Evaluate and assess sale-side offerings using proprietary research tools and industry knowledge to further support client business. Secondary functions include exposure to establishing, negotiating, and executing commercial partnerships with media, technology, and data vendors. Compensation Range: $34,000 - $60,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
