      We (the Cloudera Corporate IT department) are looking for an Associate IT Services Technician to join our corporate IT Services support team.

      A Day in the Life

      You must be able to thrive in a dynamic environment and remain flexible as the needs of the business change. Our department places a high value on customer satisfaction so you must be willing to go the extra mile to delight our fellow co-workers so they can function at their highest level. As Cloudera adopts new technology, you will be called upon to provide training so you must be comfortable standing up in front of a group of coworkers and explain technology in a clear and simple manner. You must also be able to work independently with minimal follow-up, be accountable and take pride in your work. This position reports to the Sr, Manager of IT Services in Budapest, Hungary.

      As an Associate IT Services TechnicianYou will…

      • Provide IT Support in a mixed Mac OS X, Microsoft Windows 10 and Linux environment

      • Manage the new hire onboarding process: set-up accounts and equipment for new employees and provide user training

      • Manage the IT Helpdesk ticket queue using FreshService

      • Administer Google Workspace, Okta, Microsoft Active Directory, and other corporate platforms

      • Provide meeting, A/V, VoIP and web conferencing support

      • Manage our local and remote printers

      • Support iOS and Android devices

      • You will be working in IT, so you’ll constantly test and evaluate new technology as it becomes available

      You have…

      • 1-3 years of Desktop Support in a Mac/Windows environment

      • Experience using an MDM solution - preferably Kandji and/or WorkspaceOne

      • Knowledge in anti-virus/malware solutions

      • Strong customer service skills and great attention to detail

      • Ability to excel in a high growth, team focused company with minimal day to day supervision

      • The ability to lift 50 lbs.

      • BS in a technical major preferred
