      Job Description :

      Purpose of Role:

      The Associate Liquid Commercialization Specialist is responsible for product and process development of liquids within Diageo’s total beverage alcohol portfolio! This position provides liquid, ingredient and manufacturing procedure expertise across new product development, quality improvement and cost optimization.

      Top Accountabilities:

      • Responsible for the testing, scale up and commercialization of NA liquid changes while delivering cost and quality within agreed timing.

      • Provides technical support across all business partners. Support may include: product/raw material testing, validation of manufacturing processes, root cause problem solving for technical issues or serving as a source of technical product information.

      • Demonstrates project management capabilities through clear communication of technical status.

      • Identifies technical risks with suitable resolution plans and is able to develop and handle timelines.

      • Provides on-site support for all liquid changes across NA conversion sites

      • Serves as project manager for liquid only changes to products.

      Qualifications and Experience Required:

      • 2+ years of Technical and Professional development experience in CPG, beverage experience preferred.

      • BS in Chemical Engineering, Food Process Engineering, Food Science or related technical field.

      • Solid theoretical knowledge of liquid development with demonstrated knowledge of product commercialization and manufacturing processes/procedures.

      • Solid business acumen, communication, interpersonal, influencing and relationship-building skills.

      • Experience in a fast paced environment, with the ability to lead and provide mentorship and cut-through in the face of ambiguity.

      • Experience working within cross-functional teams, and an understanding of effective project management principles.

      • Role requires 20 - 50% domestic and international travel.
