- Support a variety of auto loan servicing tasks related to the Letter of Guarantee process
- Identify opportunities to improve loan servicing process within established procedures
- Respond to Letter of Guarantee requests from insurance companies
- Regularly receive direction from Loan Servicing supervisors
- Review all necessary documents related to the Letter of Guarantee request, including the date and cause of the loss, settlement details and amount, customer information, etc.
- Provide excellent customer service at all points of contact
- Manage a pipeline of work to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met
- Receive incoming calls from insurance companies
- 6+ months of Loan Servicing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Knowledge and understanding of the Letter of Guarantee
- Knowledge and understanding of Auto Titles
- Experience communicating with insurance companies
- Strong telephone etiquette skills
- Knowledge and understanding of auto operations policies and procedures
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Financial services industry experience
- Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline of work from assignment to completion
- Customer service focus
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including experience with Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to exercise independent judgment to identify problems and escalate as appropriate
- Demonstrated organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
- Effective time management experience and the ability to meet deadlines

About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking Associate Loan Servicing Representatives to join the Insurance Support Team in our Auto Operations group. This team provides Letters of Guarantee to insurance companies for customers who have suffered a total loss to their vehicle. This includes supporting incoming calls from insurance companies.
