What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a queue of delinquent 80+ days past due accounts, handling inbound and outbound calls
- Document all account activity per department standards and perform skip tracing activities
- Participate in coaching and development sessions to enhance individual and team performance
- Perform all other duties as assigned

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of collection or relevant experience (automotive preferred)
- High school graduate or GED equivalent
- Ability to independently manage time to ensure productivity and goals are met
- Strong negotiation and skip tracing skills
- Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Windows, Word, and Excel

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in a Collections role with heavy skip tracing responsibilities
- Strong communication and listening skills
