Experience working in an Agile Environment
Apply your car and light duty technical expertise (e.g.; repairs, preventative maintenance, labor & parts costs), while providing a superior customer experience, in responding to incoming calls from drivers and suppliers while resolving inquires involving repairs and roadside events
Triage and respond to inquiries coming from our supplier interactive portal, email, or other internal tools
Assist drivers in locating appropriate repair facilities
Make outbound calls to suppliers to provide processing and payment instruction as well as to help initiate service and service follow up
Process incorrect email returns from suppliers
Process supplier and client pre-Approved invoices for payment
Provide service assistance on the electronic requests received from drivers, clients, and suppliers
Use technical knowledge to negotiate repair prices and review requests for compliance according to client policy and Element’s standard operating procedures
Issue authorizations for valid repairs to manage the client's vehicle maintenance repair costs and ensure vehicle downtime is kept to a minimum
High school diploma or equivalent required
Licensed, 310S or 310T is an asset
3-5 years of hands on automotive mechanical experience
Bilingual French/English is required
Active ASE Certification preferred. In lieu of ASE Certification Element will consider candidates who, as a condition of employment, agree to obtain ASE Certification within 12 months of employment
Comfortable working from home in an inbound call center environment; may require on-site training/meetings occasionally at a major office location

Are you
As the Associate, Car & Light Maintenance you will responsible to provide exceptional support to our client’s drivers and frontline agents with the authorization of repairs, the processing of pre-approved invoices, supplier email verifications, and responding to the supplier, client, and driver electronic communications. You will also work closely with Case Managers, supervisors, Managers, and frontline agents to respond to client and driver requests.
A Day in the Life
Requirements
This position works Monday – Friday, full-time ( 37.5 hours /week). The hours of this team are between 7:00 am – 6:00 pm ET, shift will be assigned upon hire (7.5 hours/day). We provide all computer equipment needed to perform your job from home
