  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Manage commercial lead generation strategies and oversee the creation of marketing materials
  - Coordinate events and manage direct mail campaigns as needed
  - Analyze data from marketing tests and develop monthly marketing analytics reports
  - Create and manage special programs to enhance customer acquisition
  - Collaborate with sales and marketing leaders to implement tactical plans
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s degree (or higher) OR 4+ years of professional work experience
  - 4+ years of experience in marketing or advertising
  - Strong analytical skills to assess sales and marketing initiatives for success
  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  - Proficiency in Excel and Office Suite; knowledge of CRM or Marketing Automation Software is a plus
