      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee LTSS/Waiver healthcare case management staff, ensuring high performance and effective team organization
      - Collaborate with functional area managers to maintain consistency in clinical interventions for members
      - Accountable for meeting financial, operational, and quality objectives within the unit
      - Conduct audits and visits with clinical staff as needed, requiring travel up to 10% of the time
      - Evaluate and interpret data to identify areas for improvement and focus on interventions to enhance outcomes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years post-master’s degree clinical experience for BH License or 5 years post-bachelor’s clinical experience for RN License
      - Active unrestricted RN, LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT license in the state of Illinois
      - Must reside in Northwest, Central, or Southern areas of Illinois
      - Reliable transportation and willingness to travel up to 10% of the time
      - Master's Degree required for BH License; Bachelor's Degree required for RN License

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in managed Medicare/Medicaid settings
      - Previous leadership experience strongly preferred
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and web-based applications
      - Strong interpersonal skills to build team morale and commitment to goals
      - Effective communication skills with Providers, Members, Staff, and other Leaders
