      What You Will Do

      The Associate Manager for Data Integrity is responsible for the strategy and execution of team and business initiatives which ensures the accuracy of all Stryker owned Field Assets for the Endoscopy Division. Builds cross functional relationships and communicates results to key stakeholders as well as resolves escalations regarding ownership and returns for customers.

      Essential duties & responsibilities:

      • Supports the team to analyze requests and escalations against field asset guidelines; facilitate communication with internal and external customers and as required.
      • Holds consistent 1 on 1 meetings with direct reports with a focus on growth and development for each team member.
      • Ensure best-in-class service levels and response times
      • Act as point of escalation for all field asset inquiries.
      • Responsible for communicating to key stakeholders on all delinquent field assets.
      • Educate sales teams on all compliant field assets program specifics; ensure understanding of program expectations, accountability processes, and operational pathways.
      • Compile, review, distribute, and maintain data from Oracle regarding performance of Field Assets.
      • Responsible for data accuracy across field assets including correct ownership as well as delinquency reporting.
      • Provide analysis of Field Asset data as required.
      • Build and maintain dashboards used by cross-functional stakeholders.
      • Use research to propose solutions and next steps for missing/delinquent equipment including billing or removing the asset from inventory.
      • Based on return and delinquency trends support supply and depot teams to make decisions around inventory conversions.
      • Partner with cross-functional teams to support financial decisions for assets not returned including both writing out of inventory and converting more into inventory.
      • Present delinquency information to key stakeholders to determine next steps for contract and transactional customers.
      • Investigate inventory transactions throughout Field Asset value stream to ensure accuracy.
      • Create and maintain decision tree for team to use with each escalation to expedite resolution time.
      • Support same day resolution of all escalations for customers.
      • Partner with team in the field to facilitate the timely return of all products.
      • Develop and facilitate training for field teams around best practices for returning equipment for trials and repairs.
      • Research, analyze, and support the team to make decisions on best pathway(s) forward on a requests and escalations.
      • Escalate issues to ProCare and Sales Leadership as needed.
      • Partner with Sales Leaders to cultivate relationship of trust and accountability surrounding delinquency.
      • Communicate specific details on delinquent field assets with department as well as both internal and external customers as required.
      • Responsible for entering orders to both ship and receive units.
      • Use system generated reports to aid in decision making.
      • Foster the cultural discipline for continuous improvement by identifying opportunities & implementing solutions to improve product quality & process efficiency, reduce waste, & drive team engagement.
      • Support process improvement cross-functionally to time to return and receive equipment.
      • Determine next steps for equipment sent in house without information after doing adequate research.
      • Build and share reporting with leaders that track and trend issues with data and delinquency.

      What You Will Need

      • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required. Business-related concentration preferred.
      • MBA is desirable.
      • 6 years of industry experience, or 3 years of Stryker ERP experience required
      • Prior leadership experience is highly preferred.
      • Oracle, SAP or Salesforce.com experience highly preferred.
      • Applied knowledge of inventory tracking and management principles highly preferred
      • Previous experience with design or process improvement.
      • Demonstrated interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
      • Must be able to communicate with large groups of people.
      • Preference for candidate to be located near San Jose, CA

      • $73,100 - $152,400 salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

      Travel Percentage: 10%
