Job Description

- Collaborate with the Senior Manager to develop email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, sales, and brand affinity.
- Support and manage day-to-day email marketing production (including planning, targeting, building, testing, deployment, and reporting).
- Assist in maintaining project management documents and calendar.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Creative, Supply Chain, Ecommerce) to ensure campaign requests are briefed and delivered on time.
- Maintain visibility of campaigns industry-wide to help ideate and execute new email marketing programs.
- Collaborate with the Brand Marketing team to develop email campaign strategies that enhance brand affinity through social proof.
- Assist in the management and maintenance of the email database – including new sign-ups and opt-outs.
- Track and report performance of all email campaigns and KPIs; working closely with the Senior Manager to analyze findings, identify trends, and recommend a course of action.
- Achieving email sales goal through strong support of omnichannel activities primarily via the email channel.
- Emailable database retention and reactivation.
- Helping promote our mission of sustainability via email channel in an engaging way.
- The compensation for this position ranges between $63,000 -68,000
- Exposure to Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Exposure to Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
- 2 - 4 years of experience required in Marketing/Digital Marketing
- Knowledge of the retail/beauty industry preferred
- Managing projects - resources, assets, and timelines
- A solid mix of analytical and creative skills
- Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with platforms like Adobe Campaign, LiveClicker, Layout, Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of email fundamentals, including CAN-SPAM requirements, segmentation, and performance metrics.

The Associate Manager for Email Marketing is a key member of the E-Commerce team and has a pivotal role in developing and executing L’OCCITANE (NA) product marketing emails in the US and CANADA. We are looking for someone who is creative, analytical, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative.The main responsibilities include building and executing daily emails, generating email segments, customer targeting, tracking and reporting on performance, and helping create engaging & branded revenue-generating email campaigns.
