JOB PURPOSE
Managing books of accounts and ensuring compliance of entities books of accounts includes LLP, Companies, Trust etc, Coordinating with Auditors for Audit of accounts, handling of Loans taken from banks, Submitting MIS, Resolving the issues of Statutory Compliance, ensure to filling of the returns (IT, GST and TDS) with in time, ensuring to make the statutory payments with in time, Handling of Bank accounts, Support to team members.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Maintaining Books of accounts: Review and analyzing the accounts of entities.
Reconciliations: Ensure to reconcile Advances, Debtors, Bank accounts, Investments, Secured Loans and Unsecured Loans etc.
Lease Arrangements: Finalizing / renewing lease agreements. Ensure to Prepare and submitting the Rental Invoices to Group Companies/ Others
Bank Transactions : Income collections and payment processing for all the entities
Monitoring Loans/Borrowings: Coordinating with Bankers for getting the disbursements of Loans and monitoring all the loans availed in GCMBCA division.
Indirect Tax compliances: Ensure to make the Statutory Payments (TDS and GST) and file the returns relating to the entities. Provide data for statutory compliance and replying to the notices received from the Dept.
Income Tax compliances: Ensure to make the calculation and payments of Advance tax, Finalizing Income Tax returns. Filing the returns relating to the entities.
Reporting: Preparing the MIS and submitting to superior
Review and Reconciling of Credit card payments
Audit: Finalizing of accounts and ensure to signing of the financial document by coordinating with the Auditors.
EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS
External - Roles you need to interact with outside the organization to enable success in your day to day work
Interact with Bankers - To resolve the issues of Bank transaction and Loans barrowed
Interact with Govt. Departments (Commercial tax Office and GST Office) in case of filing of periodical returns/replies for the letters etc as and when required.
Interact with Statutory Auditors – ensure to complete the audit and signing of the financials etc.
INTERNAL INTERACTIONS
Internal - Roles you need to interact with inside the organization to enable success in your day to day work
Interact with Direct and Indirect Taxation teams with regard to the verification of various statutory compliances on monthly/quarterly/annually etc.,
Interact with various company employees in GMR Group with regard to the preparation/renewal and execution of Rental agreements of Properties.
FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS
Revenue collection and monitoring the investments and expenses of equivalent amount.

CA / M.Com. / B.Com., with good knowledge on Tally, word, Excel and analytical knowledge on Finance and Accounting
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
Relevant experience : Minimum 5-7 years in Finance and accounting and analysis
Total experience : 5-7 years plusCOMPETENCIES
