  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Lead and mentor a team of healthcare management professionals to foster high performance and accountability
  - Oversee operational and clinical performance to meet financial and quality targets
  - Ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards
  - Manage a personal caseload and support care teams in developing individualized care plans
  - Contribute to training content and facilitate integrated care coordination across departments
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Must reside in the Miami-Dade area
  - Bilingual in Spanish and English
  - 3+ years of experience in managed care and 3–5 years in a physical or behavioral healthcare setting
  - Strong knowledge of medical management regulations and standards
  - Must possess reliable transportation and be willing to travel up to 50% of the time
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - 1–3 years of management or supervisory experience
  - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  - Strong interpersonal skills for team building and morale enhancement
  - Analytical skills for data evaluation and performance improvement
