- Manage a team of 8-12 employees on the myHR team
- Develop and engage the team which includes setting appropriate expectations, leading team meetings, development plans, performance coaching and succession planning
- Represent the myHR EMEA team by communicating operations team’s focus and action plans and liaising with appropriate operations team members to provide necessary support for regional priorities.
- Contribute to HR operations team in defining strategy, execution and continuous improvement for the myHR team.
- Develop and monitor SLAs to ensure quality and timely service, as well as metrics, to provide HR function insights.
- Monitor the case management system, ensuring timely delivery of services according to SLA and that quality controls are in place to maintain the highest level of data integrity; partner with and coach team to adjust performance as needed.
- Balance improving the overall employee experience and driving operational efficiency, collaborating with other HR Operations leaders to ensure effective hand-offs between support tiers and teams.
- Make process and other recommendations to HR Operations leaders, implement improvements and update HR Portal and Knowledge Base content and other myHR tools/resources, based on these insights.
- Ensure call volumes are managed and transactions are completed timely, accurately and in compliance with procedures.
- Conducts call monitoring and data integrity reviews, providing timely feedback and coaching to ensure performance metrics are being met or exceeded.
- Oversee scheduling to ensure sufficient coverage across all the languages in EMEA.
- Resolve escalated or complex issues.
- Review results to identify opportunities for improved performance.
- Bachelor degree or equivalent required
- 6+ years of relevant work experience, ideally in a multinational environment
- 3+ years in HR Operations, business-facing HR or role-related experience preferred.
- Prior experience with directly or indirectly leading a team.
- Fluency in English and at least one another European language supported by myHR EMEA e.g. German/French/Polish/Dutch/Spanish
Work Flexibility: HybridAs Associate Manager, HR Operations (myHR) you will be responsible for managing the work activity of HR Operations (myHR) specialists, ensuring that a high level of customer service is provided during every transaction in support of the myHR EMEA center.
You will also be responsible for identification of operational and process improvements across the EMEA region.
