      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare briefing materials for Executive Leadership Team meetings and conferences
      - Maintain the investor relations contact database and ensure meeting logistics are up-to-date
      - Support the IR team in responding to inquiries from analysts, investors, and the public
      - Assist in the quarterly earnings process, including consensus analysis and presentation preparation
      - Manage the investor relations website and ensure all company information is accurate and current

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field
      - 5+ years of relevant experience in investor relations, corporate finance, sell side, buy side, and/or investment banking
      - Strong understanding of financial statements and valuation modeling
      - Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
      - Proven ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the healthcare industry
      - Familiarity with third-party financial analysis and/or investor relations CRM tools
