      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the development and execution of policies related to royalty administration, artificial streaming, and platform rules
      - Conduct research and competitive analysis to inform policy decisions
      - Assist in crafting clear messaging about existing and new policies for artists and rights holders
      - Track industry trends and data in collaboration with cross-functional teams
      - Coordinate policy launches and ensure clarity in communications and implementation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the music industry, policy, legal, or technology platforms
      - Strong ability to translate complex topics into clear, actionable insights
      - Detail-oriented and organized with a bias for action
      - Excellent communication and collaboration skills
      - Passion for music and commitment to building a more equitable future for artists

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
      - Familiarity with music industry trends and emerging technologies
      - Previous involvement in policy development or advocacy work
