      Description

      The Associate Manager, Performance Marketing is part of Cole Haan’s Acquisition Marketing team, reporting into the Senior Manager. In this role, you will support the planning, execution, and optimization of the performance-driven digital marketing media strategies, inclusive of paid search, shopping, affiliate, paid social, and programmatic media plans. This role is integral to assisting with driving brand growth, qualified traffic, customer acquisition, revenue, and topline performance goals. The role focuses on working closely with the senior manager to drive measurable results. The ideal candidate will have a passion for performance marketing, be detail-oriented, and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

      CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

      • Assist in the development and implementation of full-funnel digital marketing campaigns across paid search, shopping, affiliate, paid social and display media channels, to achieve acquisition, traffic, revenue and efficiency goals.
      • Oversee the day-to-day management of online campaigns across channels including (but not limited to): paid search, shopping, affiliate, paid social, display, direct partner media buys, and drive-to-store campaigns.
      • Collaborate with the Senior Manager to create data-driven marketing strategies, develop and execute campaign tactics, contribute to planning sessions, and implement tasks according to project timelines.
      • Translate the seasonal corporate and product strategy into briefs to guide the execution across paid search, shopping, affiliate, paid social, display media and direct partner media buys with external and internal partners from a high-level down to the sku/sku margin level
      • Coordinate the promotional, seasonal, and asset communication with agencies, ensuring it aligns with launch dates across all platforms.
      • Act as a point-of-contact for external agencies and vendors, ensuring deliverables align with department and company goals and are completed on time. Help manage partnerships and track performance metrics.
      • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing strategies.
      • Collaborate with Senior Manager to track and submit monthly invoices from paid search, shopping, affiliate, paid social, display, and direct partner media buy partners with finance.
      • Continuously analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
      • Work with Senior Manager to implement A/B testing methodologies to improve campaign effectiveness.
      • Prepare performance reports on a weekly basis highlighting key metrics and insights.
      • Track and report KPIs, ensuring channels and campaigns meet performance targets.
      • Work closely with cross-functional teams including creative, brand, and analytics to ensure campaign alignment and integration across all digital touchpoints.

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Media or related area
      • Minimum of 2 years previous experience of direct, growth-focused experience in digital marketing
      • Strong analytical skills with experience in using digital marketing tools and platforms
      • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple channels and priorities simultaneously
      • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
      • Proficient with Google Analytics (or similar analytics program), Excel and Tableau
      • Strong communication skills, able to effectively communicate performance, learnings, and ideas within the organization

      Base Salary/Hourly Range: From $70,000 to $80,000* + bonus potential

      Bonus Eligibility: Yes, eligible for annual target bonus based on company and individual performance
