Qualifications 2+ years of work experience; recent and proven experience in programmatic execution/planning and activation required; other digital advertising, such as search and/or social, is a plus Full ownership of campaign day to day and success in hitting campaign KPI’s Recommend, plan, and conduct testing opportunities Create effective analyses and case studies of their work to be shared with the client and functional team Develop insights and actions (implications) that demonstrate a thorough understanding of the client’s goals In-depth experience curating and troubleshooting inventory from both public and private sources - Develop projections/proposals and understand the tools used to build them Understand client’s measurement/tracking and ways to innovate and improve Identify advanced optimization tactics and ensure structure is in place to execute Leverage advanced Excel and campaign management tool skills Develop a deep understanding of client needs/goals and relate insights directly to those Understand how to effectively organize ideas and concepts through tools such as PowerPoint In depth knowledge of the online advertising industry including ad technology solutions; RTB, DSP’s, SSP’s, advertising/publisher ecosystems, data privacy Responsibilities The Associate Manager, Programmatic position is responsible for managing client relationships, monitoring campaign performance, as well as managing data to deliver campaign insights. They must possess excellent active listening skills to understand client needs. In addition to having the ability to translate those needs into trading objectives, the willingness to implement trading strategies into trading systems, as well as dive deep into large data sets, execute analysis, and develop advertiser insights. Manage client campaigns including strategy development, project management, report delivery, and client communication Assist with new business proposal creation and distribution As requested, work directly with partners or vendors to become fluent in new features, capabilities and/or troubleshoot client campaign issues Interface and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to develop a deep understanding of the capabilities and limits of the technologies we employ, including DSP's, DFA, Data providers, etc. Communicates day-to-day performance to clients as needed Communicates & executes requirements/needs with internal agencies to hit client KPI’s Master media buying-related technologies, including DSP’s, DMP, 3rd party ad servers and manual exchanges - Understand client performance objectives and develop successful strategies to meet them, and then some - Hands-on execution and in-the-field management of client campaigns Strong understanding of OMD best practices and when to apply them on client campaigns Advanced level understanding of campaign, ad server, impression, and user data that can help capitalize on key drivers of performance and identify opportunities for account growth Translates advanced campaign goals to Optimization tactics across all platforms Executes advanced QA standards across assigned campaigns Executes basic & advanced reporting analysis using OMG and 3rd party planning, activation & measurement tools Learns advanced trading and optimization across all platforms Compensation Range: $40,000 - $75,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
