      Req#: 10294

      JOB PURPOSE

      Monitor operation and maintenance of power transmission and distribution system of Rajiv Gandhi International Airport in order to ensure system availability.

      Support in Operation and maintenance of Airport Vertical & Horizontal Transport (VHT) systems and meeting the KPI through preventive, predictive & break down maintenance with the assistance of SAP PM module to provide a safe, timely& economical maintenance and repair service and compliance to all regulatory and statutory bodies.

      ORGANISATION CHART

      KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

      1.To Support in ensuring standard maintain practices are followed with PPM to maintain the uptime of VHT system, -As per SLA

      2.Adherence to Preventive maintenance schedules including review of PPM check list and updating accordingly.-SAP PPM completion report and updating as per standard process

      3.Analysis of repeated failures and breakdowns by using various maintenance tool.-Complaint management and breakdowns

      4.To ensure critical spares are maintained by the OEM agency .-Availability of spare,PR process

      5.Energy conservation initiatives to optimize/reduce energy consumption .-Timeline

      6.Feasibility study for up-gradation/new technology adoption to mitigate the phased off spares/equipment’s to maintain the availability of system.-Timeline

      7.Develop detailed Bill of Quantity for budget and quality plans for CAPEX & OPEX budgets.-AOP

      8.Initiatives in improvement projects wherein to enhance the efficiency of the system-Approved projects

      9.Value Engineering-Time line & adherence to AOP

      10.To explore different technologies and indigenization -Numbers

      EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS

      External

      2.Interaction and follow up with AMCs/CMC’s

      3.Interaction and follow up with OEM for failures, material & services

      4.Interaction with CISF for security equipment and PSF budget, Legal metrology for Weighing scales legal compliance, Customs for baggage screening issues,

      5.Interaction with Vendors

      6.Interaction with web/Vendors/Technical websites for new technology up-gradation and maximize the system availability

      INTERNAL INTERACTIONS

      Internal.

      1.Roles you need to interact with inside the organization to enable success in your day to day work

      2.Interaction with AOCC, AOPS, TOPs and Duty Teams on regular basis for maintenance activities, operational issues and special projects, Interaction and follow up with P&C team and stores for spares and inventory.

      3.Interaction with legal team for Statutory compliance,

      4.Interaction with FMS for building facilities

      5.ARFF for Fire statutory authorities for compliance and permits

      6.Interaction with security and control team for HBS operation and support

      7.Interaction with Project/P&C team for new technology and indigenization of spares/Equipment to optimize the system availability

      • B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical)

      RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

      6 to 8 years of in Maintenance experience out of which 4 years in VHT’s operation and maintenance
