      As an Associate, Media Strategy you will play a critical role within our Revenue Operations team, working cross-functionally to manage all stages of a digital campaign from inception to campaign wrap.

      We’re looking for a team player with an exceptional work ethic, an ability to manage tight deadlines, and a proven interest in digital advertising strategy, analytics, and execution.

      You will be successful in this role if you are able to learn quickly, think critically, and generate strategic solutions to meet client and business needs. It will be important for you to understand and influence the full campaign lifecycle, troubleshooting issues and identifying opportunities to implement solutions that improve campaign performance, renewal rates, and the overall effectiveness of the department.

      Responsibilities:

      Pre Sale:

      • Collaborate with Sales & internal stakeholders to create compelling and competitive media plans; provide data-driven & creative advertising solutions to meet client KPIs and objectives.

      • Create strategic approaches to sector specific media plans based on industry insights

      • Thoroughly understand the Atlantic’s product offerings and help maintain overall company pricing strategy.

      • Provide outstanding customer service both externally—to our clients and potential clients—and internally to the Sales Reps you support. Serve as a trusted advisor for our Sales Team — assist with day-to-day client questions, provide insightful recommendations and think critically when revising proposals to respond to client requests

      • Utilize reporting tools such as Salesforce, Adbook and internal databases. Manage site inventory and track revenue pacing, coordinating with Sales to ensure revenue projections are accurate.

      • Utilize key learnings from wrap reports to make recommendations for future campaigns.

      Post Sale:

      • Review and process Insertion Orders, ensuring they align with the media plan & company T&Cs

      • Communicate with client / agency partners to collect campaign assets/tags, secure third party reporting access, and set expectations around performance, reporting cadence, and turnaround times.

      • Liaise with outsourced AdOps partners to ensure campaigns are trafficked, tracking appropriately, and meeting pacing and performance needs, overseeing implementation of both back and front-end optimizations to ensure campaign success. Address any questions/issues that may arise, and escalate revenue at risk to internal stakeholders as needed.

      • Partner with Sales and Account Management to manage client expectations/questions throughout the campaign via consistent correspondence.

      • Coordinate with Social, Creative Solutions, and Insights teams to align on timelines/delays for launch of custom elements, surfacing and addressing any impact to revenue / inventory availability.

      • Manage monthly billing & reconciliation

      • Create comprehensive recaps of campaigns

      • Utilize key learnings from post-sale execution to inform recommendations for future proposals and improvement of internal processes.

      Qualifications of the Ideal Candidate:

      • 1+ years of experience working in digital advertising with an understanding of the campaign lifecycle, ad products, and media channels.

      • Experience working with order management, ad serving, and analytics tools such as AdBook, Google Ad Manager, and DoubleVerify.

      • Proficient use of Microsoft Excel, Gmail, Google sheets, Google docs

      • Demonstrated success working on a team and building strong relationships internally with cross-functional stakeholders and externally with clients.

      • Strong organization, attention to detail, communication and office skills.

      • Exceptional work ethic— proven ability to be efficient and proactive in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing workload to achieve tight deadlines, troubleshoot issues, and improve results.

      Salary Minimum: $42,500; Salary Maximum: $65,000 + Annual Bonus
