      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide medical review and analysis for clinical trial serious adverse events and safety reports
      - Ensure compliance with regulations, ICH guidelines, and client SOPs for projects
      - Offer medical consultation and training to team members on safety reporting
      - Review and validate safety data to identify potential safety concerns
      - Assist in writing or reviewing safety reports and regulatory documents

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - MD or equivalent degree with an active medical license preferred
      - Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience with diagnostic and treatment responsibilities or 3 years in medical review and safety assessment
      - Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills
      - Ability to work independently and analyze complex information

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - General medical knowledge across multiple specialties, with expertise in a specific area
      - Working knowledge of FDA, ICH, EMA, and GCP guidelines
      - Familiarity with Drug Safety Dictionaries (e.g., MedDRA) and safety databases (e.g., ARGUS, ARISg)
      - Understanding of pharmacovigilance regulations for marketed products
      - Proficiency in basic computer applications
