      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Consult and provide input on risk selection and risk assessment for life insurance products
      - Review medical cases and provide appraisals of mortality and morbidity risk
      - Interpret medical information from diagnostic tests to inform underwriting decisions
      - Support strategy development and transformation within the underwriting discipline
      - Educate and inform underwriting staff on medical best practices and trends

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - M.D., D.O., PhD, or RN
      - 5+ years of clinical experience in medical practice
      - 1-3 years of experience in Insurance Medicine or similar consultative risk selection roles
      - Understanding of actuarial processes and product development
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      - Board certification in a medical discipline
      - Ability to foresee future possibilities and translate them into effective strategies
      - Experience in creating innovative approaches for organizational success
      - Proven track record of building strong, diverse teams to achieve common goals
