      The Associate Merchandise Allocator will be manage inventory to ensure optimal stock levels in our owned and operated retail stores. Responsible for supporting order management and inventory management by partnering closely with the Merchandise Planning and Allocation team to execute allocation strategies.

      As our Associate Merchandise Allocator, your responsibilities will include:

      • Create and maintain product assortments within D365 for O&O stores.
      • Responsible for inventory distribution and allocation to owned & operated (O&O) Retail stores (weekly or as needed).
      • Monitor master data that supports the replenishment and allocation systems.
      • Manage and report store inventory for O&O stores.
      • Support analysis on clustering by class and/or product category for assortment planning and allocation purposes.
      • Analyze store attributes to understand specific market/store needs utilizing data to drive market segment purchases and allocations.
      • Review inventory levels and store rankings, and develop strategies to optimize inventory with new receipts and replenishment.
      • Perform in-season and post-season analysis to identify future opportunities.
      • Responsible for monitoring weekly and monthly product sell-thru.
      • Assist in transfer of seasonal product on a timely basis.
      • Maintain price files for new product and markdowns as directed by manager.
      • Maintain weekly promotions in D365.
      • Responsible for communicating inventory needs to maintain replenishment levels.
      • Responsible for communication with store managers on inventory related questions.
      • Work with coordinating departments as needed to maintain product flow.
      • Other duties and/or special projects as assigned.

      If you have…

      • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
      • Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent work experience.
      • Strong analytical skills and ability to make sound decisions when needed.
      • Superior attention to detail and organization skills.
      • Must have working knowledge of wholesale and retail back-office systems; experience with Retail Pro and/or SAP a plus.
      • Solid knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
      • Ability to read, write and speak English at a proficient level.
      • Ability to travel up to 5%, both domestic and internationally.
