What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Recruit General Dentists and Specialists for various networks
- Analyze existing network and determine recruitment needs
- Manage and service network providers within assigned territory
- Educate and train providers on policies and procedures
- Conduct external facing communication with client management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School or GED required
- 1 year of previous network management experience in a dental environment
- Knowledge of dental terminology
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in processing provider contracts
- Previous sales and customer service experience
- Medicaid or Medicare experience
- Strong negotiation skills
- Bilingual in Spanish
