      This is a client-focused and delivery-driven role within the Office Agency team based in Leeds. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the growth of the business across Yorkshire and the North East, handling transactions, advising clients, and assisting on major development projects.

      You will be expected to manage leasing instructions from inception to completion, provide strategic advice to clients, and support senior colleagues on large-scale schemes.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Act as a lead or key point of contact for leasing instructions and small to mid-sized office projects.
      • Assist in the execution of pitches and presentations for new business.
      • Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, and occupiers.
      • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
      • Represent Cushman & Wakefield professionally in the regional office market.
      • Deliver leasing campaigns, manage lettings and acquisitions, and provide market-led advice.
      • Undertake market research, financial analysis, and reporting as required.
      • Support the coordination of marketing materials and client updates.

      Skills & Experience:

      • MRICS qualified or working towards qualification.
      • Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in a transactional, office agency, or real estate advisory role.
      • Strong understanding of the regional office market (Yorkshire & North East preferred).
      • Experience managing clients and delivering commercial property advice.
      • Confident in using real estate tools and platforms (e.g., Circle, Developer, CoStar).
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
