Job Description
- Req#: R104801
- Facilitate the maintenance of a title through the life of the vehicle: processing state transfers, buy lease backs, ownership transfers, title corrections, state to state transfers (retitling) and title follow up.
- Follow Processing procedures including document management and collaboration of internal and external partners will be necessary to accomplish goals.
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
- Or 2-3 years professional experience in office environment
- MS Office – proficient in the following
- Excel – ability to add data to cells, use SUM function, sort data
- Word – ability to create documents
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage time and prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to focus on details
- Strong work ethic
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced organization, able to shift to different priorities
- English advanced

Element Fleet Management is looking for an experienced associate to join their Title Management team. As the member of the team, you will assist all drivers with maintaining legal plates within the United States on an ongoing basis.
