  Wells Fargo is seeking a n Associate Operations Processor for our Cash Vault as part of Consumer and Small Business Banking Operations .

  In this role, you will:

  • Perform general clerical operations tasks that are routine in nature receiving
  • Receive, log, batch, and distributing work
  • File, photocopy, and answer phones
  • Prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
  • Regularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles
  • Work under close supervision following established procedures

  
  Required Qualifications, US:

  • 6+ months of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  
  Desired Qualifications:

  • Cash vault or cash handling experience
  • 10-key numerical data entry experience
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to achieve high production and quality standards in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
  • Outstanding problem solving skills

  Job Expectations:

  • Training : 2 weeks
  • Work Schedule - Monday through Friday - 3:30 pm -8 pm or until work is completed. Schedule will be Flexible based on hours of operations for the business
  • Standing up to 6 to 8 hours
  • Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs
  • Ability to work additional hours as needed
  • Possible holidays due to business needs.
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship

  • 3640 Northgate Blvd, Sacramento, CA (Selected c andidate must reside within a commutable distance to this location)

  Pay Range

  $20.00 - $22.84
