      About this role:

      Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Operations Processor. The job responds independently to inquiries and complaints from internal and external customers (including customers, merchants, clients, and bankers), regarding financial products and services.


      In this role, you will:

      • Perform training as applicable and escalate risk items in daily role and function
      • Receive wire investigation cases to review, research and resolve accurately and timely
      • Perform thorough investigation of wire cases and resolve them appropriately
      • Respond timely and accurately to all wire investigation inquiries
      • Regularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles
      • Work under close supervision following established procedures.

      Required Qualifications:

      • Experience in operations support, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, education

      Desired Qualifications:

      • Bachelor's degree holder, any business or banking related course
      • New graduates are welcome to apply
      • Ability to understand client concerns, questions and problems pertaining to USD and FX Wire Transfer transactions
      • Knowledge of business-related computer software such as MS Office and Windows based applications
      • Ability to work in team focused environment, while also working independently to achieve daily standards
      • USD and FX Wire Investigations experience
      • Experience working in quality driven environment
      • Experience with Mainframe applications, IFT, MTS, PEGA, Intellitracs, and Microsoft Office tools
      • Strong problem analysis and resolution skills
      • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
      • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
      • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
      • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
      • Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
      • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels; where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
      • Identify trends and provide alternative solutions.

      Job Expectations:

      • Applicants must be amenable to work on shifts, including night shift.
      • Applicants must be amenable to work full-time onsite, 5/NEO BGC, Taguig City
      • Applicants must be amenable to work during local holiday, weekend off.
      • Conducting intake to determine appropriate course of action.
      • Conducting investigative steps to fully identify the issues.
      • Processing complex transactions on-line (including monetary and nonmonetary actions).
      • Researching product information, terms, conditions, contracts, etc. and resolving complex problems and inquiries.
      • Serves as an intermediary between parties to resolve disputed matters, negotiates and enacts settlements accordingly.
      • Reconciles general ledger accounts to ensure balance.
      • Handles incoming correspondence in accordance with external and internal policies and procedures.
      • Generates and/or composes written correspondence as needed. Reviews data and reports trends to management.
      • Duties may also includes: account maintenance, report generation, project work and work direction.
