      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Confirm confidentiality agreements are executed as required
      - Negotiate and execute contracts for select ancillary vendors supporting clinical trials
      - Act as the primary contact for ancillary vendors regarding scope of work, study assumptions, and budgets
      - Collaborate with Legal, Study Management, and other functional groups to address contract and budget issues
      - Maintain contracts database and perform follow-up activities for accounts payable

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree is required
      - Minimum of 3 years’ experience in clinical development, including clinical trial budget development experience
      - Strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
      - Life sciences or business experience is preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in contract negotiation within clinical trials
      - Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration in a clinical research setting
      - Knowledge of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements
      - Additional certifications related to clinical research are a plus
