  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Provide biblical counsel and crisis intervention to K-LOVE/Air1 listeners via phone
  - Maintain scheduled office hours and participate in on-call rotations
  - Make referrals to local assistance resources, such as churches and shelters
  - Pray with and for listeners, responding to daily prayer requests
  - Collaborate with on-air and social media staff during special events
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - At least six (6) years of pastoral experience or equivalent education and experience
  - Bachelor's and/or Associate Degree in the Ministerial or Counseling field from an accredited institution
  - Licensed and/or ordained with a recognized Christian church or denomination
  - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service orientation
  - Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and social media platforms
