- Assesses risk expertise and knowledge of industry and carriers to help develop placement solutions that meet client needs.
- Implements the Placement strategy to achieve growth goals and provide exceptional client service.
- Documents all activities in the system to ensure timely follow up by client, carriers and client team.
- Assists in the management of submitting coverage specifications and obtains quotes from carriers based upon the “assist, advise, and assume” transaction model.
- Improves relationships with carriers, underwriters and client team to provide cohesive client service.
- Forecasts and confers a basic understanding of changing insurance and risk management market conditions and informs client executives, client advisors, and/or clients of major developments affecting various types of products/coverage
- Bachelor’s degree
- Essential Advanced English Language
- Strong drive to results by making decisions in a proactive, timely way and establishing priorities with clear goals and responsibilities to achieve results.
- Ability to lead change by effectively building commitment and winning support for initiatives.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, follow-up skills and strong attention to detail.
