      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide plan benefit review, interpretation, and systematic setup for claims adjudication
      - Utilize proprietary systems for analytical coding of customized benefit plans
      - Engage with clients to ensure accurate benefit interpretation and compliance with mandates
      - Consult with internal stakeholders on complex benefit administration and processing options
      - Execute system setup aligning client-level benefits with industry coding standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Healthcare industry experience in customer service, claims, or plan building
      - Strong communication skills and ability to express complex concepts clearly
      - High attention to detail and accuracy in project deliverables
      - Experience with various data systems; familiarity with DOS systems is a plus
      - Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
      - Proficiency in Salesforce
      - Ability to research and address root causes of concerns beyond initial solutions
