      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide plan benefit review, interpretation, and systematic setup for claims adjudication
      - Engage in discussions with clients regarding benefit interpretation and compliance with mandates
      - Facilitate client-facing reviews of plan setups to ensure alignment with benefits
      - Consult with internal stakeholders on complex benefit administration and processing options
      - Execute system setup and mapping of client-level benefits to align with industry coding standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of healthcare industry experience (Customer Service, Claims, and/or Plan Build preferred)
      - Strong understanding of medical terminology
      - Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments
      - Strong communication skills to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely
      - High attention to detail and accuracy in project deliverables

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
      - Proficient in Salesforce
      - Ability to conduct thorough research to identify root causes of concerns
